These conditions govern the sales of tourist services by Morocco Travel Prints.

 

2️⃣ Reservation

• Validation upon receipt of a 60% deposit

• Balance payable on site according to agreement

3️⃣ Rates

• Price in MAD, excluding personal expenses

• Includes only the services specified in the program

4️⃣ Payment

• Means: cash, transfer, Western Union

• Bank charges payable by the customer

5️⃣ Customer cancellation

• no refund

​

6️⃣ Agency cancellation

Full refund if cancellation is due to exceptional causes.

 

7️⃣ Modifications

Possible fees depending on the nature of the changes requested.

 

8️⃣ Responsibility

Service provided according to industry standards. No liability for incidents caused by the client or third parties.

 

9️⃣ Insurance

Recommendation to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

 

🔟 Complaints

Written complaint within 7 days after the stay.
